To operate our self-catering establishment to high standards, we subscribe to the Visit Britain Quality in Tourism Assessment Scheme. This means that we are independently inspected and given a "star rating". We achieve three stars - the highest that can be achieved in an establishment of this size. |
To meet this standard, we must ensure certain procedures and systems are in place:
We must have public liability insurance. Guests are welcome to see a copy of the policy on request. We must have an "Access Statement" - a document giving a lot of detail about the cottage, the surroundings, the building and other content which may be useful for guests planning their holiday.
